How it works
Step 1
Choose your counsellor
Choose any counsellor and submit your
Pre-approval form at least 5 working days before your appointment.
Step 2
Know what's covered
We cover 50% of your counselling costs, up to $50 per session, for a maximum of 6 sessions.
Step 3
Submit your claim
Sessions are paid upfront and claimed back. Send us your receipts together with the Medical Claim form.

For every year in which you have no claims reimbursed, you receive a 10% discount on your annual premium. The discount increases each year, up to a maximum of 50% after five years.
It’s our way of rewarding members who stay healthy and helping keep your insurance costs down.

Soldo Card
Sometimes, things happen that falls outside the terms of your insurance policy.

Soldo Card
Use our card to pay for treatment instead of your personal credit card.
When you need treatment, we can arrange for approved funds to be loaded directly onto your Soldo card, allowing you to pay your healthcare provider without having to use your personal credit card.
How it works
Step 1
Request pre-approval
Complete the Pre-approval form and send it to pre@yougoinsurance.com We’ll review your request within 5 working days. Once approved, the authorized amount will be loaded directly onto your card.
Step 2
Get your treatment and pay with your mobile
Tell the clinic or hospital, “I’m paying by card.”
Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, select your Soldo card and tap your mobile device on the Mastercard terminal.
Step 3
Send us your receipts
Keep copies of your receipts and send them to our team within 2 weeks so we can keep your records up to date.
